Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (Netherlands)
We ship all domestic orders within the Netherlands using PostNL. Typically, delivery will take 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for domestic orders will be calculated at checkout. For orders over €[amount], domestic shipping is free.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and prepare it for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries using PostNL. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most international orders are delivered within 5-15 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees for international orders will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders are subject to different rates based on the destination country.
Customs & Duties
For international shipments, Lieverd ik ben Thuis ships on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by your country are not included in the item price or shipping cost. You, the customer, are responsible for any additional charges that may be due upon delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking details. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment.
Processing Time
- We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you immediately after you place your order.
Undeliverable Packages
If your order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packing your items securely. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, we will investigate the issue with our shipping partner and offer assistance with tracking or reimbursement where applicable.
